Delivery 

We offer free delivery of all shop items. Our orders are fulfilled by Amazon Fulfilment Services, this has proven to be the most efficient and effective way to deliver the best service to our customers. 

The cut off for our guaranteed same day despatch is 11:45 am so any orders received after this time may be despatched the following business day. Quite often though orders placed after 11:45 am will be despatched the same day but we cannot guarantee this.  Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday.

An email will be sent to customers informing them of the despatch of their items.

The estimated delivery time for all items is 1-2 days from the time of despatch.

For deliveries to customers in more remote areas of the United Kingdom please allow extra time for delivery.

We take pride in the quality of our products and always aim to satisfy our customers on both quality and price. On rare occasions things don't work out we endeavour to remediate the situation as quickly as possible.   • We operate a 30-day money back guarantee: Customers can return any unwanted, defective, damaged or incorrectly picked order at any time up to 30 days from the time the order was despatched and a full refund will be given. No questions asked. 
     
  • Returns policy after the 30 day period: If the products shipped are defective, damaged or incorrectly picked, StayFresh Organics will cover the cost of the return postage provided we have approved the return postage costs. If a customer decides for some reason they do not want a shipped product we will offer a refund provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.  The customer is expected to cover the return postage costs.
  • We aim to despatch all orders the same day they are placed. To guarantee a successful order cancellation, the customer is required to cancel the order before they receive the despatch email. This is the customer's responsibility and in the event that an item is despatched, the customer would be responsible for the return postage.  
     
  • These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Returns Address

Our orders are now fulfilled by Amazon fulfillment services.  We will still endeavour to give you the personal and attentive customer service we have always offered.  

Once you have requested a return we will send you a return label via email. This will contain the address the goods are to be returned to.   We cannot give you a specific return address as it will depend on which warehouse the item shipped from.
