Recipe: Ashwagandha Latte
1 cup of milk of your choice - dairy, hazelnut & coconut all work well.
1 teaspoon of organic ashwagandha powder
½ teaspoon of organic cinnamon/cardamom powder
½ teaspoon of maple syrup or honey as desired
Time to Make:
1. Warm the milk
2. Add powdered spices
3. Add maple syrup or honey
4. Stir well and whisk
5. Adjust sweetness if desired
6. Pour into mug
